SureGRP LTD joined the Equality Network in 2017.
The family run business offers DDA / Equality Act Compliant Anti-Slip Products.
The family business works closely with BlueChip organisations such as Network Rail, Liverpool FC, Saracens Rugby Club / Twickenham, and retail giants - Tesco, sainsbury's & ASDA.
SureGRP has a commitment to ensuring all projects they work on are delivered to confirm to all applicable design regulations and consult with their clients on the best practice. The "In-House" Design shop, now achieving CE marking status for it's products works, delivers impressive products to ensure the public's safety and total inclusion for access points into public areas.
After using our marque throughout their newly designed website, and taking our advice on the equality & diversity policies to validate and appeal across popular construction industry tender sites - we also took the opportunity to work with the business to develop a new & innovative product which will be featured in all network rail buildings nationwide in the near future.
The featured product is currently in development, and considered a trade-secret at this point - so we cannot go into depth about the feature, although it's main purpose is to provide complete access to buildings for blind or partially sighted persons. This opportunity to participate in developing such an innovative product excited us greatly, and it's fantastic to develop our network further to help such a good cause.
This project involved both organisations working together to apply for funding to the EHRC. Which (if successful) will provide new jobs, a fantastic manufacturing facility and an opportunity to develop a product to transform access to partially sighted people.
Having visited their design & manufacturing headquarters this winter to catch up with the project, we met with the managing director of SureGRP. Adrian (SureGRP's Managing Director) advised us our assistance and guidance was "invaluable & second-to-none in terms of value, progressing my businesses professionalism toward an area which is fundamental for ethical companies such as SureGRP".
